"CELEBRITY" IN HALF DECENT TATTOO SHOCKER!

Ok, now this may be down to personal taste but does anyone agree that most famous people and "celebrities" that are tattooed tend to have awful and sometimes shockingly bad tattoos? Well fret no more as the utterly talentless Audrina Partridge has a sister who has decent coverage and even more shocking to the system SHE ISN'T COVERED IN CRAP!?!?! Will wonders never cease?
